BY THE LAKE COUNTY PLANNING COMMISSION
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the County of Lake, State of California, will hold a public hearing to consider MAJOR USE PERMIT (UP 18-35) on Thursday March 14, 2019, 9:05 a.m., in the Board of Supervisors’ Chambers, 255 N. Forbes Street, Lakeport, California.
Applicant/Owner: Green Bear Farms, Cali LLC.
Proposed Project: Four Commercial Cannabis Cultivation licenses, (1) A-Type 3B (mixed light), (1) M-Type 3B (mixed light), and (2) A-Type 1C (specialty cottage) to allow 46,080 square feet of canopy area within 20 greenhouses.
Location: 4680 Clark Drive, Kelseyville, CA; APN: 008-042-04.

AND A NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BY
THE LAKE COUNTY ZONING ADMINISTRATOR
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Lake County Zoning Administrator of the County of Lake, State of California, will consider approving Minor Modification (MMU 18-11) to Major Use Permit (UP 99-10) with no public hearing unless a written request for a public hearing is submitted by 5:00 P.M., February 27, 2019 to the Community Development Department, Courthouse, 255 N. Forbes St., Lakeport, California.
Should a timely request for hearing be filed, a public hearing will be held on March 6, 2019 at 2:00 p.m. in Conference Room C, 3rd Floor of the Courthouse.
