NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Lake County Zoning Administrator of the County of Lake, State of California, will consider approving Minor Use (Collector) Permit 17-21 with no public hearing, unless a written request for a public hearing is submitted by 5:00 P.M., August 16, 2017 to the Community Development Department, Courthouse, 255 N. Forbes St., Lakeport, California. Should a timely request for hearing be filed, a public hearing will be held on Wednesday, August 23, 2017, at 2:00 p.m. in Conference Room C, 3rd Floor of the Courthouse.

LAND USE APPLICATION PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the City of Lakeport, State of California, will hold a public hearing for the Lakeport Lakefront Revitalization Plan.
The project applicant is the City of Lakeport.
The Planning Commission will review: (OA 17-02) for the adoption of the Lakeport Lakefront Revitalization Plan. The project is located on properties along the City of Lakeport waterfront bounded by Clearlake Ave in the north to C Street in the south, Lakeport, and includes both public and private properties within the study area. The Planning Commission will consider adoption of a Categorical Exemption (CE 17-13) per the California Environmental Quality Act. The proposed Lakeport Lakefront Revitalization Plan is available for review at City Hall, 225 Park Street, Lakeport, California and at www.cityoflakeport.com.
The public hearing will be held Wednesday, August 9, 2017, at 5:00 PM in the Council Chambers of City Hall, located at 225 Park Street, Lakeport, California. If you challenge the action of the Planning Commission on any of the above stated items in court, it may be limited to only those issues raised at the public hearing described in this notice, or in written correspondence delivered to the City of Lakeport Planning Commission at, or prior to, the public hearing. PUBLIC NOTICE
Transit Service Reduction Public Hearing
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Lake Transit Authority will hold a public hearing to seek comments from the public regarding the proposed transit service changes that will impact both the fixed route and paratransit services. The transit system operated as Lake Transit proposes the following service changes:Public Hearing - will be held at the regular meeting of Lake Transit Authority scheduled for August 9, 2017, at 10:00 a.m. at the Lakeport City Hall Council Chambers, 225 Park Street, Lakeport, CA to discuss changes and receive public comments.
Written public comments on service reductions may also be submitted to Public Hearing Comments, Lake Transit Authority, PO Box 698, Lower Lake, CA 95457. Written comments will be received until Aug. 8, 2017.
For special accommodations or translation services, citizens may call 707-263-7868 at least 48 hours in advance of the public hearing.
