NOTICE OF MITIGATION MONITORING PLAN

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Draft Mitigated Negative Declaration and Mitigation Monitoring Plan has been prepared for the County of Lake Department of Public Works in compliance with California Environmental Quality Act to allow for replacement of Hendricks Creek Bridge on Hendricks Road, Lakeport, California; adjacent to APNs 005-013-23 and 005-013-24.

The initial study (IS 12-03) and proposed mitigation measures are available for review at the Community Development Department in the Lake County Courthouse, 255 North Forbes Street, Lakeport, California.

The review period during which the Community Development Department will receive comments on the proposed mitigated negative declaration will start on June 11, 2013 and end on July 11, 2013.

This Draft Mitigated Negative Declaration and Mitigation Monitoring Plan will be adopted with no public hearing if no written request for a public hearing is submitted to the Community Development Department by 5:00 p.m., July 12, 2013.

Should a timely request for hearing be filed, a public hearing will be held on July 24, 2013 at 2:00 p.m. in Conference Room C, 3rd Floor of the Courthouse, 255 N. Forbes St., Lakeport, California.

NOTICE OF PROPOSED MINOR USE PERMIT

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Lake County Zoning Administrator will consider approving MINOR USE PERMIT 13-11 of Michael Faller in accordance with Lake County Code to allow a collector’s permit to legalize +/- 2,540 square feet of existing accessory buildings consisting of a shop, shed, storage and garage located at 8600 Wight Way, Kelseyville, APN 007-024-37.
