Loch Lomond Mutual Water Co.: Minor use permit and grading permit for new water main

NOTICE OF PROPOSED MITIGATED NEGATIVE DECLARATION, MINOR USE PERMIT & GRADING PERMIT

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Lake County Community Development Director will consider approving a MINOR USE PERMIT (MUP 13-09) and associated GRADING PERMIT (GR 13-014) for the importation of approximately 3,500 cubic yards of soil and rock (less than 5% asphalt) to be removed during installation of a new water main and appurtenances in the Loch Lomond Subdivisions.  

The Community Development Director will consider adoption of a mitigated negative declaration for this project based on Initial Study IS 13–10.  

The project applicant is the Loch Lomond Mutual Water Company.  The disposal site is located at 12100 Observation Road, Loch Lomond, CA, APN 011-067-45.  

The proposed conditions of approval, mitigated negative declaration, initial study and all documents referenced in the proposed mitigated negative declaration are available for review at the Community Development Department, Lake County Courthouse, 255 North Forbes Street, Lakeport, CA.  

The review period during which the Community Development Department will receive comments on the proposed mitigated negative declaration will start on May 3, 2013 and end on May 28, 2013.

The Community Development Director will approve this project with no public hearing if no written request for a public hearing is submitted to the Community Development Department by 5:00 P.M., May 28, 2013.

Should a timely request for hearing be filed, a public hearing will be held on June 5, 2013 at 2:00 p.m. in Conference Room C, 3rd Floor of the Lake County Courthouse.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Lake County Zoning Administrator will consider approving MINOR USE PERMIT 10-02 of Deborah James in accordance with Lake County Code to allow for the operation of an equestrian oriented facility offering the following: horse boarding for a maximum of six horses, riding lessons for a maximum of ten persons per week and a maximum of three special yearly events for up to thirty participants located at 3050 Gaddy Lane Kelseyville CA, APN 008-027-17.
