NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Supervisors, County of Lake, State of California, has set TUESDAY, JUNE 11, 2013, AT 9:15 A.M., Board Chambers, Courthouse, Lakeport, as time and place to hear the Request for Rezone (RZ 12-07) from “R1-SC-WW” Single Family Residential-Scenic-Waterway TO “C1-DR” Local Commercial-Design Review; Project Applicant is NEAL BENNETT; located at 3946 E. State Highway 20, Nice, CA (APN 032-321-20).
The Board of Supervisors will consider adoption of a Negative Declaration for this project based on Initial Study IS 12-37. The Negative Declaration and the staff report are available for review at the Community Development Department in the Lake County Courthouse.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Supervisors of the County of Lake, State of California, will hold a PUBLIC HEARING for protests regarding the placement of Lighting Fees and Delinquent Water and Sewer Fees on the 2013-2014 Tax Rolls for collection.
The public hearing will be held in the Board of Supervisors’ Chamber in the Courthouse on TUESDAY, JULY 16, 2013, at 9:45 A.M., at which time and place interested persons may attend and be heard. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the County of Lake, State of California, will hold a public hearing on application UP 13-04 proposing a Major Use Permit to construct a 576 square foot single story building to operate as a crematory in an existing cemetery.
The project is located at 3295 State Highway 175, Lakeport, CA, APN 007-003-23 (Catholic Cemetery).
The project applicant is Steve Estrada.
The staff report will be available ten (10) days before the hearing at the Community Development Department, Lake County Courthouse, 255 North Forbes Street, Lakeport, CA.
