AMENDED NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING


NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the County of Lake, State of California, will hold a public hearing on application UP 11-09 requesting a five year time extension for an existing billboard sign. The project applicant is La Monica Signs.


The Planning Commission will reconsider the previously adopted mitigated negative declaration for this project based on Initial Study IS 96-08.


The project is located at 255 Soda Bay Road, Lakeport, APN 008-019-64.


The staff report will be available for review at the Community Development Department in the Lake County Courthouse, 255 North Forbes Street, Lakeport, California, ten (10) days before the hearing. The public hearing which was previously advertised to be at 9:10 AM on November 10, 2011 will instead be held in the Board of Supervisors’ Chamber in the Courthouse on December 8, 2012 at 9:10 AM, at which time and place interested persons may attend and be heard.


If you challenge the action of the Planning Commission on any of the above stated items in court, it may be limited to only those issues raised at the public hearing described in this notice, or in written correspondence delivered to the Lake County Planning Commission at, or prior to, the public hearing.

NOTICE OF PROPOSED MINOR USE PERMIT


NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Lake County Zoning Administrator will consider approving MINOR USE PERMIT 11-19 of Jesse Alonso in accordance with Chapter 21 of the Lake County Code to allow the construction of a six foot high fence consisting of concrete pillars with wrought iron fencing material between the pillars within the required front yard area on property located at 1055 Oak Park Way, Lakeport, APN# 005-055-15.
