NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the County of Lake, State of California, will hold a public hearing on application UP 11-03 requesting a five year time extension for an existing billboard sign.
The project applicant is La Monica Signs.
The Planning Commission will reconsider the previously adopted mitigated negative declaration for this project based on Initial Study IS 93-60.
The project is located at 2595 South Main Street, Lakeport, APN 005-053-20.
The previously approved mitigated negative declaration and initial study are currently available for review, and the staff report will be available for review ten (10) days before the hearing at the Community Development Department in the Lake County Courthouse, 255 North Forbes Street, Lakeport, CA.

FOR THE CLEARLAKE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Clearlake Redevelopment Agency will conduct a Public Hearing on Thursday, May 26th, 2011, in the City Hall Council Chambers at 14050 Olympic Drive, Clearlake, California at 6:00 p.m. or soon thereafter. The purpose of the Public Hearing is to consider adoption of the proposed budget for the fiscal year 2010/11.
Members of the public may submit written comments on the matter to the Agency Secretary prior to the hearing and/or may appear at the public hearing and speak on the matter.
