Please be advised that the City of Lakeport Planning Commission has scheduled a Public Hearing to review the Zoning Permit that allows the presentation of live entertainment at the Full Throttle Tavern at 650 South Main Street.
The Public Hearing is scheduled to take place May 11, 2011 at 6:00 p.m. in the City Council Chambers at Lakeport City Hall, 225 Park Street, Lakeport. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the County of Lake, State of California, will hold a public hearing for the installation of a new force-main for the Southeast Collection System.
The project applicant is the Lake County Sanitation District.
The Planning Commission will consider adoption of a mitigated negative declaration for this project based on Initial Study IS 10-38 and General Plan Conformity Report GPC 11-08.
The project is located within the City of Clearlake along Cache Creek Way, Warner Street, Armijo Avenue, Utah Street, Crawford Avenue, Spruce Street, West 40th Street, Snook Avenue, Davis Avenue, Jefferson Avenue, Green Avenue, Browers Avenue, and Pamela Lane; and the Southeast Regional Wastewater Treatment Plant.
The proposed mitigated negative declaration will be available for review at the Community Development Department in the Lake County Courthouse, 255 North Forbes Street, Lakeport, California, thirty (30) days before the hearing, and the staff report will be available ten (10) days before the hearing.

The public hearing which was previously advertised to be at 9:05 AM on May 26, 2011 will instead be held in the Board of Supervisors’ Chamber in the Courthouse on June 9, 2011 at 9:05 AM, at which time and place interested persons may attend and be heard thereon. This notice shall supersede the previous notice circulated on April 26, 2011.
If you challenge the action of the Planning Commission on any of the above stated items in court, it may be limited to only those issues raised at the public hearing described in this notice, or in written correspondence delivered to the Lake County Planning Commission at, or prior to, the public hearing.
