NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the County of Lake, State of California, will hold a public hearing on application UP 11-02 for a Use Permit for a Specific Plan of Development proposing to construct a two-story, approximately 11,000 square foot commercial/retail office building.

The Planning Commission will consider adoption of a mitigated negative declaration for this project based on Initial Study IS 11-04.

NOTICE OF INTENT TO ADOPT A MITIGATED
NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR A STORM DAMAGE REPAIR PROJECT
ON ROUTE 128 IN MENDOCINO COUNTY
The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) is proposing to repair a section of Route 128 about 5 miles southeast of Booneville (post mile 34.5 to 35.5) in Mendocino County. The scope of work consists of constructing five anchor walls and a rock buttress, reconstructing the roadway, and improving drainage.
WHAT IS AVAILABLE
The environmental document, referred to as a Draft Initial Study (IS), is available for review from April 14, 2011, until May 16, 2011, at the Mendocino County Library, 105 North Main St., Ukiah. It is also available for review and copying weekdays between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. at Caltrans District 3, 703 B Street, Marysville.
