NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the County of Lake, State of California, will hold a public hearing on PM 08-01, proposing a Parcel Map to divide ± 2.4 acres into two parcels. The project applicant is Gary Pernich. The Planning Commission will consider adoption of a Mitigated Negative Declaration for this project based on Initial Study IS 08-03. The project is located at 20766 Napa Avenue, Middletown, CA, and further described as APN 014-105-10. The proposed mitigated negative declaration will be available for review at the Community Development Department, (Lake County Courthouse, 255 North Forbes Street, Lakeport, CA) 20 days prior to the hearing. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the County of Lake, State of California, will hold a public hearing on the appeal AA 09-03, of Dorothy Knevelbaard, d.b.a. D&G’s Last Resort. The appellant is appealing a Notice of Violation (Case # RC24) issued September 9, 2009, alleging the conversion of a resort with six motel units and four cottages, from transient accommodations to apartment rentals for long-term residential occupancy. The location of the alleged zoning violations is 3796 Lakeshore Blvd., Nice, APN 032-265-01.
