NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Lake County Zoning Administrator will consider approving MINOR USE PERMIT 10-02 of Jeff and Connie Wilson in accordance with Lake County Code to allow a collector’s permit for the construction of a + 2,180 square foot detached garage that is 28 feet high located at 8975 Seigler Springs North Road, Kelseyville, APN 011-058-10. The Zoning Administrator will approve this MINOR USE PERMIT with no public hearing if no written request for a public hearing is submitted by 5:00 P.M., April 1, 2010 to the Community Development Department, Courthouse, 255 N. Forbes St., Lakeport, California. Should a timely request for hearing be filed, a public hearing will be held on April 7, 2010 at 2:00 p.m. in Conference Room C, 3rd Floor of the Courthouse.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

 


NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the County of Lake, State of California, will hold a public hearing on VR 09-04 requesting approval of a Variance from the surfacing requirements of the Zoning Ordinance to allow a parking area surfaced with base rock in conjunction with MMU 09-08 requesting approval of a Minor Modification to a previously approved Major Use Permit, UP 07-08, to allow for the temporary storage of boats, recreational vehicles and private non-commercial vehicles. The project applicant is Tony Ford. The project is located at 2300 Stokes Ave., Nice, APN 004-055-31. The Planning Commission will reconsider the previously adopted negative declaration based on Initial Study IS 07-23. The previously approved mitigated negative declaration is available for review, and the staff report will be available ten (10) days before the hearing, at the Community Development Department in the Lake County Courthouse, 255 North Forbes Street, Lakeport, California.
