NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the County of Lake, State of California will hold a public hearing on application MUP 07-16 proposing a minor use permit for road building. The project applicant is Richard Kuehn. The Planning Commission will consider adoption of a Mitigated Negative Declaration for this project based on Initial Study IS 07-17. The project is located at 14010 Sanns Ct. and 325 Round Mountain Rd, Clearlake Oaks, CA and further described as APN 006-480-42 and 006-560-37. The proposed mitigated negative declaration will be available for review at the Community Development Department, (Lake County Courthouse, 255 North Forbes Street, Lakeport, CA) 20 days before the hearing, and the staff report will be available ten (10) days before the hearing. The public hearing will be held in the Board of Supervisors’ Chamber in the Courthouse on the April 23, 2009 at 9:30 AM, at which time and place interested persons may attend and be heard.
