NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING


NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the County of Lake, State of California, will hold a public hearing on application SD 06-06 proposing a subdivision of approximately 53 acres to create 13 approximately one-acre parcels and a 40-acre remainder parcel. The project applicant is Ray Williams. The Planning Commission will consider adoption of a mitigated negative declaration for this project based on Initial Study IS 06-18. The project is located at 8999 Miwok Way, Kelseyville, CA and further described as APN 009-003-31. The proposed mitigated negative declaration will be available for review at the Community Development Department in the Lake County Courthouse, 255 North Forbes Street, Lakeport, California, twenty (20) days before the hearing, and the staff report will be available ten (10) days before the hearing. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the County of Lake, State of California, will hold a public hearing on application MUP 08-43 proposing a Minor Use Permit to allow an agricultural bridge within the waterway zoning combining district and the conversion of an existing barn to a small winery and tasting room.
