NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the County of Lake, State of California, will hold a public hearing on the DRAFT ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT REPORT (EIR) PREPARED FOR THE CRISTALLAGO DEVELOPMENT, proposing a planned development mixed-use community of approximately 860 acres that includes 650 single family residential units, an 18-hole golf course, 25,000 square foot clubhouse, community activity center, vista spa, restaurant, conference facility, nature preserve, and 325 resort units, including timeshares, fractional share units, condominium hotels and a resort hotel. The property is located at 3580, 3595, 3851, 3907, 4051, 4141, 4151, 4161, 4283, & 4483 Hill Road, Lakeport. THE PURPOSE OF THIS HEARING IS TO REVIEW THE ADEQUACY OF THE DRAFT EIR AND TO SEEK DIRECTION AND AUTHORIZATION FROM THE PLANNING COMMISSION FOR PREPARATION OF THE FINAL EIR.
