NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Lake County Community Development Director will consider approving Minor Use Permit 09-04 of Jerry Landes in accordance with Chapter 21 of the Lake County Code to allow a 4.9 percent increase of the use area for three metal storage buildings at the existing automobile restoration facility and to allow a six-foot high fence within the required front yard setback along Highway 29. The City of Lakeport Community Development Department has received an application for a use permit to exceed the 35 foot height limit in a PO Professional Office zoning district. The average height of the proposed structure is 36.8 feet. The subject property is located at 925 Bevins Court and is further described as APN 25-462-23.
