NOTICE OF CITY COUNCIL MEETING
The Lakeport Community Development Department has received an application for a revision to an approved subdivision replacing a proposed through-street and bridge with a cul-de-sac in an R-1 Zoning District. The subject properties are located at 1297 Craig Avenue, 1226 Wrigley Street and 1227 Wrigley Street and are further described as APNs 025-441-43, 025-741-08 and 025-741-09, respectively. The Planning Commission denied the application and an appeal on this matter and the application will be considered by the Lakeport City Council.
