NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the County of Lake Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Thursday, April 9, 2026, no earlier than 9:35 a.m., in the Lake County Board of Supervisors Chambers, located on the first floor of the Lake County Courthouse, 255 N. Forbes Street, Lakeport, CA for consideration of a proposed Major Use Permit (PL-25-492) and Mitigated Negative Declaration, for commercial cannabis cultivation including up to 653,400 square feet of outdoor canopy area, and a Type 13 Distribution; Self-transport only license; Applicant: Clearpath Canyon LLC/ Brian Pensack & Garrett Burdick; Location: 2050 and 2122 Ogulin Canyon Road, Clearlake (APNs 010-053-01 and 010-053-02).

The hearing will take place both in-person and via Zoom. The Agenda, Zoom information, staff report, and attachments will be posted online a minimum of 72 hours prior to the hearing on the County’s website at: https://countyoflake.legistar.com/Calendar.aspx. A hard copy of the staff report is available upon request.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the County of Lake Board of Supervisors will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, April 14, 2026, no earlier than 10:00 a.m., in the Lake County Board of Supervisors Chambers, located on the first floor of the Lake County Courthouse, 255 N. Forbes Street, Lakeport, CA for consideration of a proposed Zoning Map Amendment PL-25-101 initiated by the Community Development Department, with no recommendation from the Planning Commission to correct the zoning district of the parcels to reflect the “PDC” Planned Development Commercial base zoning consistent with the 2008 General Plan “I” Industrial land use designation. There is no proposed development associated with this zoning map amendment.
