NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the County of Lake, State of California, will hold a public hearing to consider a two-year extension of time (GPD EX 15-01) for an Amended General Plan of Development (GPD 05-05) to allow Phase 1 of a mixed use, residential and destination resort community centered around a Cabernet Sauvignon vineyard; interactive winemaking, bottling, and labeling facilities; a wine cave; and a vista spa.
The project applicant is BOEGER LAND DEVELOPMENT, LLC.
The project is located at various addresses on Hill Road, Lakeport, CA, and further described as APNs 003-046-66 & 67; 005-009-04, 05, 06 & 07; 005-010-05, 16 & 17; 005-011-06 & 07 and 005-012-33. The Planning Commission will reconsider the Cristallago EIR adopted in 2009.
The Staff Report will be available for review at the Community Development Department in the Lake County Courthouse, 255 North Forbes Street, Lakeport, California ten (10) days before the hearing.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC SCOPING SESSION
FOR PROPOSED WILD DIAMOND VINEYARDS PROJECT
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Lake County Community Development Department will hold a public scoping session to hear comments or areas of concern related to the proposed WILD DIAMOND VINEYARDS PROJECT.
A Notice of Preparation to prepare an Environmental Impact Report was published by the California State Clearinghouse on February 29, 2016.
The proposed project would plant vineyards, construct a winery, build a wine tasting room and create an interpretive center near the community of Hidden Valley Lake, Lake County, California. The project Applicant is WILD DIAMOND VINEYARDS, LLC.
The project is located adjacent to Spruce Grove Road within APNs 013-060-04, 07, 09, 10, 11, and 12.
The Notice of Preparation is available for review at the Community Development Department in the Lake County Courthouse, 255 North Forbes Street, Lakeport, CA, and at the branches of the Lake County Library.
A Draft EIR will be developed, and will be available for public review and comment at a future date.
