NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the County of Lake, State of California, will hold a public hearing on application UP 15-22 proposing a Major Use Permit to construct a new sixty-five foot tall broadleaf monotree, metal composition telecommunication tower to expand their wireless communication service area and a Variance from the required front yard setback from 50 foot to a 32'10" setback to be located on a 809.5 square foot lease area.
The project is located at 6257 Seventh Avenue, Lucerne, CA, APN 034-123-41.
The project applicant is VERIZON WIRELESS.
The Planning Commission will consider the mitigated negative declaration based on Initial Study IS 15-22, available March 4, 2016.
The staff report will be available March 14, 2016 at the Community Development Department, 255 North Forbes Street, Lakeport, CA.

NOTICE OF PROPOSED MINOR USE PERMIT
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Lake County Zoning Administrator will consider approving Minor Use Permit MUP 15-20 of TOM REEDY in accordance with Lake County Code authorizes a 25% reduction or 2.4 feet of the side yard setback from ten (10) feet to seven feet six inches (7.6) to replace a 1, 100 square foot structure with a 1, 334 square foot modular home located at 12418 The Plaza, Clearlake Oaks, CA APN 035-141-14.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the County of Lake, State of California, will hold a public hearing on application GPAP 14-01 and UP 14-06 proposing a general plan amendment of one parcel from Community Commercial to Service Commercial and a Use Permit for a Specific Plan of Development in order to construct a 20,000 square foot warehouse structure and an attached 4,00 square foot office building for the establishment of a residential cleaning and renovation business and building construction office.

The Planning Commission will make a recommendation to the Board of Supervisors regarding the consideration of adoption of a mitigated negative declaration for this project based on Initial Study IS 14-18.
