NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the County of Lake, State of California, will hold a public hearing on application SD 06-06 proposing a subdivision of approximately 53 acres to create 13 approximately one-acre parcels and a 40-acre remainder parcel. The project applicant is Ray Williams. The Planning Commission will consider adoption of a mitigated negative declaration for this project based on Initial Study IS 06-18.
