NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the County of Lake, State of California, will hold a public hearing on application PM 12-01 proposing to subdivide an existing approximately ten acre parcel into two lots.
Parcel one would be 5 acres gross, while the second lot would be 5.05 acres gross. The project is located at 8821 Seigler Springs North Road, Kelseyville, and further described as APN 011-056-33. The project applicant is Robert Orr.
The Planning Commission will consider the mitigated negative declaration based on Initial Study IS 12-12.
The mitigated negative declaration will be available twenty-one days before the hearing and the staff report will be available ten days before the hearing at the Community Development Department in the Lake County Courthouse, 255 North Forbes Street, Lakeport, CA.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Supervisors, County of Lake, State of California, has set TUESDAY, FEBRUARY 12, 2013, at 9:15 A.M., Board Chambers, Courthouse, Lakeport, as time and place to consider the proposed ORDINANCE AMENDING ARTICLE VI OF CHAPTER FIFTEEN OF THE LAKE COUNTY CODE RESTRICTING THE OPERATION OF BICYCLES, SKATEBOARDS, SCOOTERS, ROLLER SKATES AND IN-LINE SKATES ON CERTAIN COUNTY PROPERTY. A copy of the proposed ordinance is available at the Office of the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors, 255 North Forbes Street, Room 109, Lakeport, CA 95453.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that at said time and place any interested person may appear and be heard.

The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) is opening a public comment period for changes to regulations regarding the Dungeness Crab trap limit program.
The changes reduce fees associated with the appeal process as required by recent legislation and eliminate processing fees for buoy tag replacement affidavits.
