NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING AND MITIGATED NEGATIVE DECLARATION

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the County of Lake, State of California, will hold a public hearing on major use permit application UP 12-08 proposing use of an existing two-story, approximately 6,000 square foot residence for a special events center with up to 18 events per year and to utilize the sign regulations of the “C2” zoning district.  

The project applicant is Brad Bastian.  

The Planning Commission will consider adoption of a mitigated negative declaration for this project based on Initial Study IS 12-26.  

The project is located at 1986 & 1990 Bastian Court, Lakeport, CA, APN 015-010-22 & 23.  

The proposed mitigated negative declaration is available for review at the Community Development Department in the Lake County Courthouse, 255 North Forbes Street, Lakeport, CA, and the staff report will be available ten (10) days before the hearing.

If you challenge the action of the Planning Commission on any of the above stated items in court, it may be limited to only those issues raised at the public hearing described in this notice, or in written correspondence delivered to the Lake County Planning Commission at, or prior to, the public hearing.

The project is located at 17575 E. State Highway 20, Clearlake Oaks, CA, APN 006-012-72.  

The proposed mitigated negative declaration is available for review at the Community Development Department, Lake County Courthouse, 255 North Forbes Street, Lakeport, CA, and the staff report will be available ten (10) days before the hearing.  

The review period during which the Community Development Department will receive comments on the proposed mitigated negative declaration will start on April 4, 2013 and end at the hearing on April 25, 2013.

NOTICE OF PROPOSED MITIGATED NEGATIVE DECLARATION AND PROPOSED GRADING PROJECT

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Lake County Community Development Director will consider adopting a mitigated negative declaration and approving a complex grading permit (GR11-016) for brush clearing on 19 acres and road maintenance based on Initial Study IS 11-14 for Gary Martinez.

The property is located at 17575 State Hwy 20, Clearlake Oaks, CA, APN 006-012-72. The proposed mitigated negative declaration and proposed permit conditions will be available for review and comment for a period starting April 6, 2013 and ending April 29, 2013 in the Community Development Department in the Lake County Courthouse, 255 North Forbes Street, Lakeport, CA.

The Community Development Director will consider issuing the permit on April 30, 2013. If you are aware of site conditions that may not be readily evident, please submit your comments in writing to the Lake County Community Development Department.
